Shenton Park

Shenton Park is full of Perth’s history, and this old home that was built circa 1900 was fortunate enough to be part of this historical Perth suburb.

The young family who bought this home did not want to part with its historical culture and design. So, we fully restored the front half of the home, and the back half was given a new 2-story extension that flowed effortlessly on from the front.

Ornate ceiling roses, cornice and skirting feature throughout this home, coupled with old style vanities and traditional timber floor boards, giving you the feel of what it was like living back in the early 1900’s.

Testimonial

Joe and Alison

Cassari were one of several builders whom our designer suggested we ask to tender to construct our extensive renovation and extension on a weatherboard cottage over 100 years old. From the beginning, we found them to be very professional, transparent with pricing and to have attention to detail, so we chose to work with them. We were not disappointed. The building process was smooth and timely… particularly when we told them we were expecting a baby and wanted to be in our house before its arrival. When issues arose that could not have been predicted due to the age of the original house, Daniel and Lorenzo made efforts to rectify them with our tight budget in mind and suggested viable solutions.

We are now in our house, just before our baby is due. It is beautiful and Daniel’s meticulous requirements are evident. We have heard many stories from friends about how difficult and stressful the building process has been, which has usually resulted in bad relations between the parties. Our experience has been the opposite and we continue to have a good relationship with Daniel and Lorenzo, who have always been good to deal with.

We would recommend building with Cassari because you get the whole package – professionalism, service and most importantly, a build with excellent workmanship and a beautiful home.
